ENVIRONMENTAL SIMULATION
The Environmental Simulation Department performs a variety of tests designed to simulate the effects of various environmental conditions on components and finished products. Some of the more common environments simulated in our chambers include, salt fog (ASTM B117), ultra-violet (UV, QUV), cyclic corrosion (GM 9540P), and CASS (ASTM B368) testing. We can also perform temperature and humidity cycling in chambers that range from 2 cubic feet to walk-in size. We specialize in evaluating products that are exposed to these environments before, during, and after exposure. This can include operating components in complete power up mode during the exposure cycle and acquiring real time data using our 64 channel data acquisition system. We enjoy taking on challenging projects and seeing them through to completion.
